He was predeceased by: his parent James Harold Duke. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cavin Duke; his daughters, Audria Duke and Autumn Duke; his mother Sarah Elsberry Duke; his brother Mike Duke; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Duke, Chris Burkhalter, Caitlin Cavin and John Cavin.
