He was predeceased by: his brothers, Larry Duke and Billy Wayne Duke. He is survived by: his spouse Sarah Elsberry Duke; his sons, Mike Duke, Jimmy and Lisa Duke; his grandchildren, Nathan Duke, Chris, Kandas Burkhalter, Audria Duke and Autum Duke; his great grandchildren, Cage Burkhalter and Corbin Burkhalter; his siblings, Roger Duke, Gary, Becky Duke, Barry, Jimmie Duke, Tony, Karen Duke and Linda Tucker; and also Tommy Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
