He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Barnes Rogers; his children, Bill Rogers, Ron Rogers, Jeff Rogers (Wendy) and Melissa Hickman (Wayne); and his stepson Tracy Barnes. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
