It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Dillard of Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Woodrow Dillard, Sr. and Louise Brown Dillard; and his cousins, Ellis "Cookie" Cook and Louise Helton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Reynolds Dillard; his children, James Matthew Dillard and Gina Dillard Adams (Johnny); his grandchildren, Ethan Lee Crider, Austin Bailey Dillard and Mia Grace Crider; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Lee Crider, Jr. and Ivan Gray Dillard.
Visitation will be held privately for the family. The Dillard family, along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings limitations including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
