He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Tucker and Agnes Thomas Tucker; his siblings, Maxine Brown (Melvin), Robert Tucker, Bonnie Smith and Gail Tucker; and his brother-in-law Jerry Shaver.

He is survived by: his siblings, John Thomas Tucker (Linda) and Delaine "Dee" Tucker Shaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
