He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Smith Scoggins and Christine Pledger Scoggins; his wife Dianne Scoggins; his children, Shelley Scoggins Hawkins (Adam), Stephen Todd Barnes (Stacy) and Michael Dale Scoggins (Dayna); his siblings, Sandra Martin, Brenda Teems (Ralph) and Larry Scoggins (Pat); his grandchildren, Abby Scoggins Hill (Terry), Alex Bonine, Caleb Barnes, Morgan Barnes, Mattison Hawkins (Gauge Burkett), Ally Hawkins, Jackson Willis and Judson Willis; and his great grandchild Rylan Scoggins.
