He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady J. Johnson and Hattie Hines Johnson; and his brothers, John, Raymond and James Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Harman (Nee Dee Johnson); and his sisters, Joyce Thompson, Ann Gilreath, Geneva Morgan, Vera Reynolds and Teresa Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
