She is survived by: her children, Tina Perry, Terry Pettyjohn, Jerry Pettyjohn and Thomas Pettyjohn; and her grandchildren, Christine Pettyjohn, Tiffany Perry, Ashley Pettyjohn, Brittany Pettyjohn and Justin Pettyjohn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
