With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Gerome Pinion of Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clayton Pinion and Shirley Hughes Pinion; his wife Betty Sue Reed Pinion; and his siblings, David Pinion, Billy Joe Pinion and Charlotte Milstead.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Morrison (Judy), Jimmy Morrison (Cindy), Steve Morrison (Sheila) and Ellen Kinnamont (Joe); and his sisters, Barbara St. Clair and JoAnne Reed. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Subligna Cemetery (550 E Armuchee Rd, Summerville, GA 30747).
