He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Andrew Stivers and Blanche Albin Stivers; and his siblings, Doris Johnson, Genevieve Stivers, Laura Ann Corbin, Patricia Ann Stivers, Herman Andrew Stivers, Jr., Raymond Victor Stivers and Danny Joe Stivers.
He is survived by: his wife Karen B. Stivers; his children, Tonya Stivers, Shawn Fellers and Andy Stivers (Amy); his brother Rene; his sister-in-law Janie Stivers; his sister Jeanette Hackman; and his grandchildren, Gavin Stivers, Finley Stivers and Tylee Stivers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and additional family and friends.
