He was predeceased by: his parent John Thomas Clark; and his siblings, Cora Jean Thackerson, Marilyn Sue McNair, Brenda Sue Clark, John T. Clark, Jr. and William Oscar Clark.
He is survived by: his parent Dora Pearl Hill Clark; his children, Joshua O'Brien Clark, David Kincade, Sara Denise Owens and Angel Clark; his siblings, David Crockett Clark, Ethel Guffey of Katherine Ray, Alice Ruth Clark and Lora Ann Clark; and his grandchildren, Camron Owens, Braeton Owens, Keeli Owens, Miracle Noles and Violet Reed. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
