She was predeceased by: her father Carl "Jimmy" Strickland. She is survived by: her mother Joann King Strickland; her husband Mike Brenwald; her children, Kevin Payton (Becky) and Christy Slayton (Mark Finster); her brother Denny Strickland (Trena); her grandchildren, Cody Slayton, Kelby Slayton and Kaitlyn Payton; her great grandchildren, Zoey Slayton, Ryleigh Slayton and Kovin Slayton; and her niece Amy Helms (Stephen).
