He is survived by: his children, Mickie Wilson (James) and Max Reed (Pat); his grandchildren, Ashton Burrage (Jo), Jacob Reed (Miranda), Jack Lively and Robert Lively (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Zeke Burrage, Jeremiah Reed, Amelia Reed, Micah Lively, Zach Lively (Lauren), Emma Lively and Ian Lively; and his great great grandchildren, Halle Lively, Dana Lee Lively, Blair Lively, Janna Lively and Jake Lively. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
