She is survived by: her children, Billy Walters, Jr., Leigh Smith (James) and Cindi Arnold (Marvin); and her siblings, Allen "Opie" Marbutt, Gail Dotson, Dolly Adams, Lynn Marbutt and Sonya Marbutt. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
