He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dupree and Gladys Lula Barksdale Dupree; his daughter Davett Rena Dupree Boman; and his siblings, Dewey Dupree, Eddie Steve Dupree and Edna Dupree.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Dupree; his siblings, J. W. Dupree, James Delwon Dupree and Anita Green; and his nephew Steve Dupree. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
