She is survived by: her husband Gene Boutwell; her daughter Cristy; her children-in-law, Rodney Lewis, Greg, Amy Boutwell, Gary, Carolyn Boutwell, Glen and Jolene Boutwell; her brother Jimmy; her sister-in-law Beth Vaughn; her aunt Linda; her uncle Paul Williams; and her child Champ. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
