He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Moseley and Treva Mae Mitchell Moseley; his sister Rachel Moseley; his niece Katherine McArthur; his sister-in-law Hazel Moseley; his son-in-law Larue Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Rance VanPelt and Hershel Myrick.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Moseley; his sons-in-law, Dennis Ivey and Josh Bryan; his sisters-in-law, Aaron Hugh, Freddie "Fred" and Joyce Moseley; his sisters, Imogene VanPelt and Dorothy "Dot" Myrick; his grandchildren, Wendy, Dee Price, Adam, Jessie Ivey, Hope, Harrison Couch, Heather and Austin Hatcher; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Savannah, William Price, Landon, Easton and Cullen Ivey.
