With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daegen Paul Vaughn of Summerville, Georgia, born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, who passed away on May 21, 2023 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Terry Smith and Joe R. Norton; and his cousin Jordan Vaughn. He is survived by: his parents, Jason P. Vaughn and Heather Smith (Brandon Cleveland); his siblings, Anistin Stancil (Travis), Jaci Cleveland and Cody J. Vaughn; his grandparents, Nita Smith, Glenda Norton and Pete Vaughn (Cindi); his aunt Christy Lemming; his uncles, Barry Vaughn (Fayla), Stacy Vaughn (Shelley) and Jamie Smith (Wendy); and his cousins, Taylen Vaughn, Braxton Vaughn, Sidni Justus (Connor), Mila Justus and Tanner Lemming.

Flowers will be accepted at the church or donations may be made to the Daegen Paul Vaughn Memorial Fund at United Community Bank to provide scholarships for the Trion Athletic Program.
