She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh L. Fleming and Eva Parkison Fleming; her husband Rev. Jerry Rutledge; her son Greg Rutledge; her siblings, Bobby Fleming, Junior Fleming, James Fleming and Dot McLemore; her granddaughter Ashley Rutledge; her great grandchildren, Shayla Rutledge and Kendall Rutledge; and her son-in-law Lamar Millican.
She is survived by: her children, Donny Rutledge (Mary Ann Blackwell), James Rutledge (Jennifer), Jonathan Rutledge, Jason Rutledge and Pam Millican; her sister-in-law Mary Hughes (Robert); and her daughter-in-law Cindy Jaye.
