She was predeceased by: her father Harold Hawkins, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Doan Hawkins; her husband Earl Watkins; her children, Mark Watkins (Kayla), John Watkins and Joannie Watson (David); and her siblings, Gene Hawkins (Debra) and Alison Fletcher (Herman). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
