It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Brown of Summerville, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. V. Palmour and Alma Little Palmour. She is survived by: her son Chris Brown; her sister Lynn Haley; her granddaughter Kristin Brown; and her nephew Luke Haley. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
