With solemn reverence, we commemorate Brenda Young of Summerville, Georgia, whose life came to an end on January 15, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Merrille Marks and Georgia Pauline Brown Rape; her husband Kline Franklin Young; her siblings, Michelle Marks and Vernon Bishop Roulane; and her great grandchild Daniel Ray Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly McDaniel and Amanda; her son-in-law Anthony Flowers; her sons, Jeremy (Sherrie Marks) and Michael (Sara Bumbalough); her close friend Ben Anderson; and her siblings, Jeanie Marks, Darlene Mack, Annette Marks, Hoyt "Bo" Marks, Lawson "Red" Marks, Jr. and David Marks. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
