He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Simpson and Bula Talley Simpson; and his children, Michael Simpson and Sharon Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Simpson; his children, Timothy Simpson and Lisa Cordell; and his grandchildren, Kristie Morgan, Joe Morgan and Christen Cordell. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
