He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ivester; his children, Terry Ivester, Billy Ivester, Brian Sage, Curtis Ragsdale, Dianne Chapman and Sandra Armistead; and his sister Betty Phillips. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
