He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Fay and Evelyn Howell Fowler. He is survived by: his siblings, David Fowler, Johnny Fowler, Steve Fowler and Becky Dover; and his nieces, Freedom Fowler, April Fowler, Jennifer Fowler and Christina Fowler.
