It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy B. Speer (Summerville, Georgia), who passed away on February 17, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sterling, Sr. and Annie Ruth Williams Speer; and his siblings, Mildred Allen, Martha Hunter, Robert S. Speer, Jr. and Joe Speer.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Martha Sue Speer and Jim Hunter.
