He was predeceased by: his father Paul Wade; and his siblings, Kenny Wade and Linda Orr. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Wade; his sons, Andy Wade, Michael Wade and Jeff Wade (Samantha); and his brothers, Charles Wade, Johnny Wade (Mary) and Larry Wade. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
