We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022, at the age of 82, Ben Wesley Hege (Summerville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent REck Shaffon Hege, Sr.; his wife Mary Ellen Brannock Hege; and his siblings, Gladys Zimmerman, Louise Pierce and Reck Shaffon Hege, Jr. (Hege).
He is survived by: his parent Velnia Lessie Everhart Hege; his daughters, Robbin (Mark Scoggins), Christine (Jim Hayes) and Wendy (Mike Wade); his brother John; his sister-in-law JoAnn Hege; his grandchildren, Kevin Scoggins, Kyle Scoggins, Lori Hayes and Autumn Wade; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Scoggins, Reed Scoggins, Kayleigh Scoggins and Sawyer Scoggins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
