It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Lea (Summerville, Georgia), born in Henagar, Alabama, who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hershel Lea, Terry Lea, Ray Lea, David Lea, Jimmy Lea, Naomi Jo Moses, Margaret Ward, Mary Helton and Winonina Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Alvie Sparks Lea; his children, Robert Earl Lea and Phyllis Franklin (Tony); his sisters, Glenda Eden and Carol Ramey; his sisters-in-law, Cora Lee (Jeff), Shirley Tomlin and Pam Massey (Ron); his grandchildren, Chris Franklin (Heather), Amanda Gidley (Joey) and Andrew Lea; and his great grandchildren, Camryn Franklin, Georgia Gidley, Samantha Gidley and Robert Lea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
