She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Delano Hooks and Laura Sue Evans Hooks. She is survived by: her husband Hal Wilson, Sr.; her children, April Pond (Arvin), Brandon Lamb (Christy) and Jordan Lamb; her grandchildren, Mason Pond, Claire Pond and Mackenzie Lamb; and her siblings, Gerald D. "Jerry" Hooks, Jr., Evans Hooks (Kim) and Maribeth Hooks Clark (Aaron).
