It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Welch of Summertown, Georgia, born in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Welch and Dianne Wyndham Turbeville; and his stepparents, Henry Turbeville and Liz Welch. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Leigh Welch of Adams Run, S. C. and Misty Renee Welch of Monck's Corner, S. C.; and his siblings, Jamee Welch of Swainsboro and Gina Shuler (Wayne) of Monck's Corner, S. C.. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew and many friends.
