It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Holmun Rice of Sugar Valley, Georgia, born in Brinkley, Arkansas, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Edward Rice and Nellie Marie Holman Rice; his daughter Carol Hammer Rice (Kim Cate Rice); and his brothers, Nathan Eddy Rice, Jr. and Bobby Rice.
He is survived by: his son Mike Rice; his grandchildren, Shane Rice, Michael Rice, Mathew Rice and Meagan Rice; his great grandchildren, Dean Rice, Callie Rice, Chloe Rice, Isaiah Rice, Ryland Murray and Sela Murray; and his siblings, Charles Aubrey Rice, Henry Rice and Dana Reid.
