He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Seritt Mullins; and his daughter Kimberly Mullins. He is survived by: his father Tommy Mullins of Sugar Valley; his wife Kathy Roland Mullins; his daughters, Beth Mullins Wright of Ringgold and Stephanie Mullins Smith (Derek) of Resaca; his siblings, Mike Mullins of Sugar Valley and Kathy Talley (Matt) of Resaca; and his grandchildren, Jacob Wright, Britton Wright and Logan Smith.
