He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Seritt Mullins; and his daughter Kimberly Mullins. He is survived by: his father Tommy Mullins of Sugar Valley; his wife Kathy Roland Mullins; his daughters, Beth Mullins Wright of Ringgold and Stephanie Mullins Smith (Derek) of Resaca; his siblings, Mike Mullins of Sugar Valley and Kathy Talley (Matt) of Resaca; and his grandchildren, Jacob Wright, Britton Wright and Logan Smith.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Steve's memory be made to the Hill City Baptist Church @ 1411 Hill City Road, Resaca, Georgia, 30735 or the American Heart Association @ P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, Texas, 75284.
