She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Goble (Richard) and Ronnie "Mouse" Clark (late Pam Clark); her sons, Mike Phillips (Anne) and Mitch Phillips (Debra); her grandchildren, Amy Phillips, Michael Phillips (Jessica), Katie Farley (Michael), Melanie Staten (Blake) and Patrick Phillips (Reena); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Lydia Hartsfield, John Michael, Jake Farley, Chandler, Charlie Staten, Skyler Phillips, Cora and Ellie Phillips. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to The Cream of the Crop Ministries at Sugar Valley Baptist Church.
