We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2021, at the age of 90, Laura Pearl Brown of Sugar Valley, Georgia, born in Dalton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Goforth and Arcee Mae Sneed Goforth; her husband Charles "Bud" Brown Jr.; her sons, Johnny Dewayne Brown and Charles "Bim" Brown; her siblings, H. L. Goforth, Clifford "Buck" Goforth, Homer Goforth, Charles Zack Goforth, Jr., Essie Lou Welch, Juanita Fields and Doris Faye Duckworth; her grandchildren, Amanda Michelle Brown and Randy Davis; and her great grandchild Tyson Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Marshall Barry (Karen Brown), Terry Allen (Sylvia Lynn Brown), Phillip Michael (Janice Lynn Brown), Ronald Todd (Vickie Brown), Pearl Elaine (Michael Patterson) and Tammy Marie (Earl Watkins); and her sister Rose Cagle of Dalton, GA. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren.
Due to the national health crisis and the Covid – 19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
