It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Alvin Martin of Sugar Valley, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude J. Martin and Mamie Lee Stewart Martin; and his siblings, Grady Martin, Lacleta Robinson, Geraldine Sailers, Juanita Anderson, Myrtie Lee Garner, Carlton Martin, Seaborn Martin, Alton Martin, Nora Hayes and Millicent McCabe.

He is survived by: his wife Angela Stefanini Martin; his children, Scarlette Johnson (David) of Winston, Roxanna Barry of Suches, Rachel Ayoub (Miguel) of Kennesaw and Shane Martin (Laura) of Douglasville; his sisters, Lanelle Romines and Martha Garrison; his grandchildren, Jessica Todd (James), Jared Johnson (Kelli), Jacob Martin (Jaimie), Stephanie Pardue (Claude), Will Martin (Christina), Kendall Barry, Michael Ayoub and Alexander Ayoub; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Todd, Caroline Johnson, Maggie Johnson, Ava Johnson, Naomi Pardue, Somer Jane Pardue, William Shane "Liam" Martin II and Claude Pardue III.
