He was predeceased by: his son Aaron Thomas Levi. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Palo Levi; his children, Carrie Aune, William Sayles, Mark Thomas and Lisa Levi; and his grandchildren, Luke Levi, Joshua Levi, William Sayles, Aili Sayles and Justin Sayles.
