He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie C. and Edith Lewis Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Robin Pearson of Sugar Hill, GA, Karen Lynn Coats and Bruce Gregory Carter (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
