With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Lynn Hallford Banks (Sugar Hill, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Banks (Marty) of Ridge Spring, SC and Mark C. Banks (Maridell); and her grandchildren, Michael Clifton Banks of Sugar Hill, GA and Alicia Dell Banks.
