He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Turner; and his parents, Roy Turner, Sr. and Willie Mae Turner. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Reynolds, Lamar (Sharlene Turner), Steve (Amanda Turner), Fred (Shelly Turner) and Marcus (Tracy Turner). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
