He is survived by: his wife Peggy R. Garmon Lewis; and his sons, Randall Lee Lewis (Renee), Keith Woodruff (Tanya), Chris Woodruff (Cynthia) and Shane Lewis (Janet). He is also survived by two brothers and one sister, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
