She is survived by: her husband Carlos LeVoy Billings (Frank); her brothers, Donald Corwin of Morgantown, WV, Raymond Corwin of North Olmsted, OH and Jerry Corwin of Flowery Branch, GA.; her children, Carlos Billings (CB), Kelley Tillery (William Tillery) and Corwin Billings; and her great grandchildren, Trenton Tillery and Maliya Tillery.
