He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Mark Frederick (Darsi) of Canaan, NY, Beth Fatsis (Telly) of Madison, WI, David Frederick (Wendi) of Lakewood, IL and Susan Barbieri (Andrew) of Suwanee, GA.; his grandchildren, Jenna Kinnicutt (John), Kelsey Frederick, Kevin Frederick, Justin Frederick (Amanda), Matthew Frederick, Daniel Frederick, Jason Barbieri and Christopher Barbieri; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Chloe Kinnicutt.
