He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duffy Sr. and Anna E. Baxter Duffy; his former wife Maureen Duffy; and his brother Donald Duffy Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Duffy of Suches, Georgia; his children, Tim Duffy (Maria) of Auburn and Tracey Duffy (Jim Aldridge) of New York; his stepdaughter Carrie Alred (Kyle Sumner) of Dawsonville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Veronica Duffy, Mathias Schwarz, Xavier Duffy, Aiden Duffy, Sara Demello Brittany (Josh), Brooke Alred and Christy Alred; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Duffy. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Wally to either St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, or to Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church's local mission fund at 1096 Wolf Pen Gap Road, Suches, Georgia, 30572.
