He is survived by: his wife Gladys Lunsford; his daughters, Vickie Hemphill and Debra; his son-in-law Ricky Green; his grandchildren, Megan Welshhans (Joshua), Chase Hemphill (Jennifer) and Jeremiah Green (Sherry); and his great grandchildren, Lexington Grace, Sutton Marie and Finn Michael.
