She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haynie Sr. and Daisy Hewitt Haynie; and her siblings, Charlie Haynie, Ann Harrison and Billie Jean Clotfelter.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Honea Jr., Leesha Jay (Scott Jay) and Micheal Honea; her siblings, Brenda Carroll (Ronald Carroll), Sally Adams (David Adams), Cheryl Mixson (Frank Mixson) and John Haynie Jr.; her grandchildren, Jamie LaMarque (Nicholas LaMarque), Jessica Sells (Austin Sells), Mackenzie Jay, Brandon Honea, Miranda Cavitt (David Cavitt), Brent Jay (Kate Jay), Justin Jay (Vickie Jay) and A'miya Marks; and her great grandchildren, Kelby, Jaxton, Serena, Finn, Millie and Charlie.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel (1040 Main St, Stone Mountain, GA 30083). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Stone Mountain Cemetery (1025 Silver Hill Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30086).
