She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Plunkett and Nell Abrams Plunkett of Conyers, GA.. She is survived by: her husband Leon E. Collins; her children, Loren C. Collins, Lyle N. Collins (Hannah) and Lara N. Chambers (Heath); her grandchildren, Lynden Collins, Lily Collins, Kara Boyce, Isabelle Chambers and Jasper Chambers; and her brothers, G. Ernest Plunkett III, Albert Plunkett (Martha Jo) and Taylor Plunkett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
