He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio Benjamin Viña and Dahlia Moreda Viña; and his wife Adelita Ruenes Viña (Adele). He is survived by: his children, Linda Ellison (Jeb) and E. Ramón Viña, Jr. (Angela); his grandchildren, Vanessa (Derek), Rebecca (Matthew), Savanna and Ryan (Valeria); and his niece Donna. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
