He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Turner and Naomi Chancey Turner. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his siblings, Charles Eddie Turner (Susie), Linda Lanier Manchester (Jon) and Kathy Welch (Gene) of Childersburg, AL; his uncle Roy Chancey (Mary Ruth) of Cleveland, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Clara Denton, Betty E. Turner of Tucker, GA, Wanda (James) and William Turner of Epworth, GA.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
