He is survived by: his wife Joann Wyers-Jenkins of Stockton, Georgia; his stepdaughter Morgan Fender (Jonathon) of Stockton, Georgia; his grandson Israel Fender; his siblings, Bobbie Lynn Howard of Brooklet, Georgia and Grady Jenkins (Georgia) of Metter; his close friend James Russell of Stockton, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Russell (James) of Stockton, Pam Studstill (Robby) of Stockton and Buddy Studstill of Stockton, Georgia. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
